Fail Update Win 7 Code Error 643

Recently i was a problem with windows update about Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86 (KB2835393), update always fail !
i got some notification Error found code 643 : tray again...!
i have tried many times, and get the same result.

then i try to searching in google and i get some solution, one of them are 
with repairing Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile, because failure is usually due to Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile is corrupt, so we have to fix it first. if step the update still to failure, we must download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile from <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17113">http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17113</a>, then open Microsoft. NET Framework 4 Client Profile downloaded, follow the instructions and select repair and wait until finished, then restart the PC, and update Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86 (KB2835393) again. 
I have tried and working. Error found code 643 does not appear anymore.

Membuat Printer HP Deskjet 3940 compatible dengan Windows 7, 32 bit

belum lama ini temenku sekantor mendapat fasilitas notebook, Compaq dengan Sistem Operasi Windows 7, 32 bit... hehe lumayan juga untuk membuat iri hati ! 
 
tapi buka itu permasalahannya ! 
 
yang menjadi masalah adalah ketika mau menginstal printer HP Deskjet 3940 di Notebook Compaq tersebut, CD drivernya tidak ada, dan driver bawaan dari OS Win 7 nya juga tidak tertera untuk HP Deskjet 3940, sehingga terpaksa harus download. Sayang ternyata setelah diamati di <a href="http://h10025.www1.hp.com/">http://h10025.www1.hp.com</a> ko drivernya juga nggak ada. yang kita temui pemberitahuan bahwa driver tidak tersedia seperti ini :
